Folk: The Merchant

Second part of my yet-to-be-named series about the unsung heroes of fantasy stories. These characters don't save the world, but they do help the heroes that do.

This time we have The Merchant, and as his name implies he does his best to give you the item that will best help your situation, for a price. I wanted this character to come off as cunning, sophisticated, and worldly. He knows more than you think, and uses that assumption to his advantage. Help him help you, and you'll both come out better.

Also in terms of names for the series, I've narrowed it down to these: Folk, Volk (germanic version of "folk"), Kin, and The Common. Thoughts? Preferences?
